What is Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a process of changing the unhelpful automatic associations of our brain into helpful ones, through repeated practice in our imagination. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy helps us amend the way we think about things, and the way we behave, to break the vicious circles that maintain us in problematic situations. With Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapy, we use a Cognitive Behaviour framework for the therapy and we make the process more powerful through hypnosis, by rehearsing behaving, thinking and feeling differently in imagination! It is very powerful but not magic.

I am Lucie Cheeseman HDip.CBH. My mission is to help you achieve your best potential and goals. I use a combination of hypnotherapy and mindfulness techniques within a Cognitive Behaviour Framework, to enable you to be the pilot of your life. I guide you through carrying out active and lasting changes in your life and in your mind so you can feel efficient, in control and achieve your true life purpose. I want you to become independent in the healing process and for you to develop into your own therapist before long.
